About Athena's Art Cove

    Hi! If you're reading this you are currently reading a message typed by "Athena". My real name is Giuliana and I am 20 years old. Ever since I was little I always had a passion for starting my own business off of my hobbies! I have always had such a strong passion for art and just creating that I am always finding ways to better myself and learn new things. Another hobby of mine besides drawing and painting is singing which really has nothing to do with this but this is an about me section so I thought I would share ;) 

    Here at Athena's Art Cove our goal is to give you high quality jewelry at an affordable price! One thing we take so much pride in is our handcrafted, adjustable rings. They are all made from aluminum meaning they are affordable, nickel free, and tarnish resistant.

    Another one of our goals is to make jewelry that you wear with confidence! We want you to have fun and express yourself through your style!

    Personally I think the story behind how businesses come up with their names is so interesting! Anyways, Athena's Art Cove wasn't the first name idea at all! It wasn't even close to being in mind actually. All I knew is that I wanted a name that had power to it. When I thought of that, what came to mind was Greek God/Goddess names. I looked up the meaning of each name and ended up choosing Athena: Goddess of wisdom, handicraft, and warfare. Of course the name was chosen for the wisdom and handicraft aspect of it. 

    Moving forward, let's talk about the rest of the name, 'Art Cove'. As said earlier, the words art and cove were never meant to be apart of the name. I originally called my business Athena's Custom Clothes but I felt that, that was way too niche and made it feel wrong to do anything but custom clothes. With that being, I decided to think of a new name that wasn't so niche. Not much thought went into the rest of it, I just somehow ended up with 'Athena's Art Cove'. It felt right and I like how it sounded. That was when I knew 'Athena's Art Cove' was the right name for my business!
