Returns and exchanges are allowed if anything is received broken or damaged. In this case in order for there to be return/refund for your item there will need to be photographic proof of your damaged item.
Returns or exchanges are also allowed if something does not fit correctly. No proof is needed for this type of return or exchange, refunds will only be made once item is sent back.
If any packages are lost in the mail, feel free to message me at athenasartcove@gmail.com to discuss refunds or contact your local post office. No refunds will be made for lost items until local post offices are contacted and confirmed that the package is completely lost.
