All orders ship out based off our processing time listed at the top of our site.


All of our packages are shipped with USPS.


For the US and Puerto Rico, Ground Advantage mail typically takes USPS 2-5 business days to deliver your package once it is shipped out, while Priority mail typically takes 1-3 business days.


If you are outside of the US and Puerto Rico, USPS estimates that they can deliver packages  within 1-4 weeks. We've noticed international packages typically get delivered within 7-14 business days, however, it can still vary. 


Athena's Art Cove is based in the US and we ship to the US, Puerto Rico, Canada, and the UK. Shipping internationally costs $18.50.


When a product is on backorder that just means there may be a slight delay on your order as we are still working on orders from previous days. 


If you aren't sent an email confirming your order that is okay your order most likely went through, but just to be sure we do recommend leaving us an email so we can double check. Sometimes with so many order emails being sent out, our website can glitch and it doesn't always send everyone an email. Once you message us we will resend you your order confirmation. 


If you mistyped any information on your order (shipping name, address, email, ring sizes, customizations, etc.) just be sure to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. 


Please note that if you mistype an address, customization, or select the wrong ring size and your order has already been shipped out, we are not responsible for replacing the items or any shipping fees. 


If there is an instance where you do select the wrong ring size and we can resize your piece for you, we are more than happy to do so, but as before, please note that any shipping fees are your full responsilblity. 


Since the ink on our adjustable rings is water-based, it does fade over time, especially if it's worn in water. However, your ring can easily be refilled at home! You're also welcome to request a ring with no ink that way you don't have to worry about it fading (leave this request in the customization box of your order or in your order notes). To refill the ink on your ring all you will need is a Sharpie, rubbing alcohol, and a cloth. Simply go over the design on your ring with Sharpie and then wipe off any excess ink with the rubbing alcohol and cloth.
