All orders ship out within 2-4 business days unless stated otherwise on the top banner.

All of our packages are shipped with USPS.

First class mail takes 5-7 business days to deliver your package once it is shipped out while priority mail only takes 1-3 business days.

Athena's Art Cove is based in the US and we ship to the US, Canada, UK, and New Zealand. For any orders outside of the US, my website does overcharge for shipping but there is a way around this! Be sure to checkout the international shipping section of our shop, this will explain how to get your shipping price to the correct price.

When a product is on backorder that just means there may be a slight delay on your order as we are still working on orders from previous days. 

If you aren't sent an email confirming your order that is okay your order most likely went through but just to be sure we do recommend leaving us an email so we can double check. Sometimes with so many order emails being sent out, our website does glitch and it doesn't always send everyone an email. 

Yes! The ink on your ring can actually be refilled right at home! All you need is sharpie, rubbing alcohol and a cloth. Simply go over the design on your ring with sharpie and then wipe off any excess ink with the rubbing alcohol and cloth.
